POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager to lead client relationships, oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, and drive business growth for our managed service solutions. As a key client advocate, you will manage multiple high-value accounts, develop customized marketing strategies, and ensure the successful execution of campaigns across SEO, PPC, content, email, and social media.
The Senior Digital Marketing Account Manager will be our clients' main point of contact, ensuring exceptional communication, satisfaction, and campaign performance. They will also be responsible for managing a cross-functional team, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. A key part of this role is identifying and pitching opportunities for upsells to help drive client growth and retention.
RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the primary point of contact for high-profile clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Regularly meet with clients to review progress, present performance reports, and discuss upcoming strategies. Develop a deep understanding of each client’s industry, target audience, business objectives, and competitive landscape to tailor digital marketing strategies. Address client concerns promptly, offering solutions and strategies to ensure high satisfaction and retention. Identifying solution areas where additional services can meet the client's evolving needs and drive client renewal and retention. Ensure all client projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Work closely with the service delivery team to ensure all tasks (SEO, content, paid media, social media) are on track and delivered as agreed upon. Coordinate between internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. Regularly pitch fresh and innovative ideas for digital marketing strategies that drive results and help clients achieve their goals. Lead the coordination of internal teams to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring that all deliverables are met and timelines are adhered to. Foster a collaborative work environment by maintaining open communication between clients, internal teams, and leadership. Focus on maintaining superior customer service levels, ensuring that clients consistently feel valued and supported. Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on client needs and goals, working closely with the sales team to convert these opportunities into revenue.
Desired Skills & Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience in account management, digital marketing, or a similar field, with a strong focus on multi-channel campaigns and client relationship management. Proven experience in managing SEO, SEM, social media, and paid media campaigns, with a deep understanding of best practices and optimization strategies across these channels. Strong experience with B2B and B2C clients, tailoring strategies to meet the needs of different audiences and industries. Excellent ability to solve problems and make decisions quickly, especially when facing challenges or tight deadlines. Able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction. Exceptional written and oral communication skills. Proven ability to lead and collaborate in a creative, cross-functional environment, maintaining positive internal and external working relationships. Understanding of SEO and SEM principles, along with an ability to apply this knowledge to create high-impact marketing campaigns. Track record of driving client satisfaction, retention, and upselling additional services that align with client goals.
