The Company is seeking a Head of Sales and Marketing with a strong background in wholesale fashion apparel to join their team. Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' of sales leadership experience in wholesale fashion apparel, with a proven track record of revenue growth and experience in managing a team of 5 or more direct reports. A genuine passion for fashion, proficiency in forecasting, budgeting, and data analysis, and a background in marketing are essential. The ideal candidate will have a background in wholesale women's apparel sales, an established network in the industry, and experience in small to medium-sized businesses. Familiarity with ERPs and CRM tools is also required, with a preference for those with experience in SAP. The role demands a resilient, adaptable leader with a strong work ethic, proactive communication skills, and a focus on mentorship and team development.
