Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Insurance Producer
in the Birmingham or Mobile area. The ideal candidate is a dynamic individual with a proven track record for outside sales success who is motivated to succeed quickly by building a profitable book of commercial business and representing the agency in a professional manner in the market.

Responsibilities: Drive new business generation and manage the client relationship life cycle from lead generation through proposal, and from closing to post-sales servicing Identify and qualify prospects to create a robust pipeline of accounts Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities among existing clients Develop deep relationships and participate in leadership roles within targeted industry/niche associations and community organizations Collaborate with inside and outside partners to create compelling risk management programs that win new business Work closely with the firm's President to set and achieve sales goals Input and track sales activities in sales management systems
Requirements: Undergraduate degree or equivalent 5+ years of experience in sales with documented success and a “Hunter” sales mentality Ability to travel, mostly within state of Alabama Proven experience working with C-Level executives and public speaking experience is very helpful in this position
