Job Summary Carma Connected is looking for a Social Media Account Manager to support our growing Las Vegas operations. The ideal candidate has a minimum of four years of experience developing innovative social media initiatives for fast-paced brands, preferably in lifestyle and hospitality sectors. They should be highly strategic, possess strong copywriting skills, excel in client communication and demonstrate outstanding organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities and Duties Support the Vice President of Social Media in developing and executing long-term strategies Guide team members in producing best-in-class social content while strengthening client relationships Develop strategic social media plans that align with PR goals, collaborating with VPs to ensure synergy Manage multiple client accounts, including content planning up to 30 days in advance and daily client communication Conceptualize, coordinate, and attend photoshoots, video shoots, interviews, and other on-site events Monitor industry trends and research opportunities to enhance client visibility Mentor junior staff by reviewing and approving content, leading team meetings, and providing guidance Oversee, edit, and provide strategic direction for the team’s social media strategies and content plans

Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field Knowledge of social platforms including, but not limited to TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Trello, Later and social media monitoring platforms Proven expertise in leading and managing teams, with a history of mentoring junior staff Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content Outstanding organizational and project management capabilities with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Creative thinking with an understanding of current food and beverage, hospitality, cultural and luxury lifestyle trends
