About Us: We are a fast-growing SaaS company specializing in CRM software for attorneys. As we expand our reach, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Associate to help drive our growth efforts. This role is ideal for someone with experience in both sales and marketing who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Overview: As a Sales & Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in acquiring and nurturing leads, supporting marketing campaigns, and optimizing our sales pipeline. You will work closely with both the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment, drive engagement, and convert prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities: Support lead generation efforts through outbound prospecting, follow-ups, and CRM management Assist in executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital ads Collaborate with sales to develop outreach strategies that improve conversion rates Analyze sales and marketing data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization Create and update sales collateral, presentations, and marketing materials Engage with potential customers via calls, emails, and demos to drive product interest Work with the marketing team to refine messaging and target the right audience Assist in managing content creation and distribution across different platforms Maintain accurate records of sales and marketing activities in Monday.com and our CRM

Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Experience with CRM software and sales tools (Monday.com experience is a plus) Ability to analyze data and provide insights to improve performance Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

What We Offer: Competitive salary $50,000 - $60,000 base salary range (DOE) Uncapped Bonuses + commissions 35-hour workweek with an in-office schedule Growth opportunities within a dynamic SaaS company A collaborative team environment with support from sales and marketing leadership
