Responsibilities MaxLinear is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager for the Analog Mixed-Signal Business Unit to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus on the following:

Accelerate market adoption of new and existing products by identifying key markets and building an ecosystem of solutions necessary for rapid customer adoption. Evangelize the value proposition of products to sales, customers, and senior management, and play a key role in conceptualizing new products. Study the technical requirements of target markets by interviewing customers, reviewing schematics and BOMs, and conducting independent research. Develop expertise in application-specific requirements, standards, protocols, and other nuances that ensure successful new product adoption. Develop an ecosystem of reference designs, drivers, and demos with partners. Drive efforts for design wins and funnel growth. Qualifications
Experience in applications, technical marketing, or product management for analog and digital semiconductors. Familiarity with various sideband, industrial, and standard interfaces including RS-232, RS-485, CAN, IO Link, USB, I2C, SPI, and Ethernet. Power management experience is a plus, including DC-DC POLs, controllers, SPS & Linear regulators, or monolithic power. Experience creating reference designs, demos, training, and collateral. Market expertise in data center, industrial, IoT, wireless infrastructure, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including market research and data gathering, ability to think and conceptualize independently and creatively. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Experience creating and delivering highly effective presentations for customers, sales, and FAE training. Strong organizational, project management, and execution skills with a demonstrated ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. BS in Electrical Engineering or related +9 years of experience, or MS +7 years of experience, or Ph.D. +4 years of experience. Compensation and Benefits MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility, and many positions also include stock-based compensation. MaxLinear expects to offer a starting base salary within the range of: $151,800 to $210,635 Annually. We offer competitive benefits designed to support employee health, welfare, and retirement.
