About The Role
Decagon is looking to hire its first
Product Marketing Manager
to lead the charge in shaping how our customers understand, engage with, and derive value from our AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership to craft compelling messaging, drive go-to-market strategies, and position Decagon as a category leader. You’ll be instrumental in defining the narrative for our products and ensuring their successful adoption in a competitive, fast-paced, and rapidly growing market.
You May Be a Good Fit If You
Have 5+ years of experience in product marketing at a high-growth SaaS or AI company Are skilled at translating complex technical concepts into compelling and clear messaging tailored to different audiences Have successfully launched products or features from start to finish, including developing positioning, collateral, and go-to-market strategies Are highly collaborative, working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams to align on priorities and execution Have a passion for understanding customers, conducting market research, and using data to inform decisions Even Better If You
Have deep experience in AI products or a strong understanding of AI and its market landscape Are adept at creating data-driven strategies and leveraging analytics to refine marketing campaigns Have a proven track record of building scalable processes for product launches and marketing workflows Have experience working in an early-stage startup environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive in ambiguity Benefits
