detail-obsessed, social media-savvy, and highly organized EA & Social Media Specialist

to support Corporate Natalie’s daily operations, content creation, and online engagement. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, love keeping up with trends, and have a sharp eye for both aesthetics and logistics, this role is for you. What You’ll Do

Content & Social Media:

Identify trending audio, topics, and skit ideas for weekly content Edit and post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Threads, X, and YouTube (we’ll teach you how to edit in the Corporate Natalie style!) Engage with the community by responding to DMs and comments Film and edit short-form and long-form content (CapCut, InShot, YouTube vlogs) Manage affiliate platforms (ShopMy, LTK, Amazon Storefront) and product tagging Executive & Brand Support:

Manage calendars, book meetings and appointments, and handle travel logistics Coordinate PR packages, organize outfits/props for brand deals, and track expenses Draft thank-you notes to help maintain strong relationships with brand partners Podcast & Newsletter Management:

Review and select viral-worthy podcast clips for social media Attend select in-person recordings and assist with filming and BTS content Coordinate with sponsors to ensure accurate ad placements in the podcast and newsletter What We’re Looking For:

A

morning person

who thrives on quick turnarounds and fast-paced execution Experience in social media marketing—either personally or professionally Strong copywriting skills and the ability to match Corporate Natalie’s tone A proactive problem-solver who

gets things done without needing hand-holding Attention to detail—your captions, edits, and emails should be

flawless Comfortable filming on an iPhone/camera and editing on mobile/laptop (or you’re willing to learn how to edit!) Interest in assisting with social media brand partnerships Bonus Points if You Have:

Canva/Adobe graphic design experience Editing experience (short-form / long-form video) A background in brand marketing or corporate environments Experience managing podcast content, affiliate marketing, or YouTube growth Videography experience A car (we like to bop around town to film!)
