The Senior Advertising Manager’s primary responsibility is to work with a specific set of commerce clients to create, manage, optimize, and report on marketing campaigns. In this role, you will work directly with a variety of large Fortune 500 companies across different product categories and play a major role in driving sales and enhancing brand awareness on Amazon, Walmart, and other commerce platforms. The Day-to-Day: Own search and display (DSP/OTT) performance advertising for an assigned set of clients. Create, implement, manage, and report on advertising strategies that align with client goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maximize performance for the client’s business. Proactively research industry trends and best practices and communicate internally to knowledge share. Engage frequently and professionally with clients via email, phone, and in-person video meetings. Strategic thinking, detail-oriented execution, and insightful data analysis to identify areas of opportunity and deliver sales-driving initiatives. Utilize Amazon Attribution and Amazon Marketing Cloud to gain additional insights to increase performance. About You The essentials: Amazon Performance Advertising experience with knowledge of developing strategic full funnel strategies to grow brands. 4+ years’ experience with Amazon digital advertising; with an emphasis on paid search and display advertising. Strong large-client facing experience. Amazon advertising accreditation at the date of hire or commitment for accreditation within 30 days of hire. Experience with Amazon SaaS Advertising Technologies. Advanced understanding of PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. Excellent attention to detail and accomplished verbal and written communication skills. Analytical and strategic capabilities. Multitasking expertise with the ability to organize projects and establish priorities. Not a must, but a plus: Agency experience with a focus on Amazon programmatic display advertising, Amazon Demand Side Platform, and Amazon search. Adept at learning new software programs and tools. Experience using bid management tools. Additional marketplace experience such as Walmart, Target, Instacart.
