Experienced, self-directed Senior Campaign Manager and leader sought to drive strategy and development for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Global Campaigns for AWS Data services.
The Senior Campaign Manager is responsible for the strategy, development, execution, reporting and optimization of global campaigns, working with internal stakeholders, including Product Marketing, Field Marketing, Brand Marketing, Segment Marketing, Executive Programs, and more, as well as external agencies and third-party content developers and publications.
The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple programs at one time, and will have a proven track record executing integrated lead generation campaigns from ideation through launch that drive demand, acquire new leads, increase product adoption, and expand awareness of AWS solutions.
Key job responsibilities Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of integrated multi-channel campaigns, focused on key AWS priority solution themes and topics that are designed to generate leads for AWS Sales teams globally. Collaborate across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to define, develop, and implement integrated multi-channel campaign strategies. Create evergreen programs with continuous testing and optimization to create awareness, drive consideration, and generate leads and adoptions at scale across a number of audience segments. Utilize customer buyer's journey to architect innovative multi-touch engagement programs. Orchestrate campaign and content development across a network of contributors and stakeholders. Develop rich, bar-raising content designed to shift perception and acquire net-new marketable contacts. Manage program budget with accountability for campaign return on investment (ROI). Partner with external agencies in support of campaign asset creation and execution. Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards in Amazon QuickSight and Adobe Analytics to provide visibility into marketing campaign results, measure campaign effectiveness, and drive strategic decision making focused on campaign optimization. Clear, consistent, and frequent communication with stakeholder teams to outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns. Travel Required: 15%, may include occasional international.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 7+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs 3+ years of experience developing integrated, multi-channel campaigns across stages of the marketing funnel
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
