We’re looking for a highly experienced Social Media and Content Strategist to spearhead our social media efforts and elevate our brand across key platforms. About the Role: As the Social Media and Content Strategist, you’ll be the strategic brain behind our social media presence, driving engagement, lead generation, and brand positioning. You’ll lead our efforts on LinkedIn and Facebook while preparing to expand into the podcast space. Additionally, you’ll create strategies to empower our 70+ employees—especially those in sales—with impactful content they can share within their networks, helping us amplify our presence in this highly niched industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a social media strategy that positions TheCRM as a thought leader in the AI-powered CRM space. Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Facebook, with plans to expand into Vimeo and podcast platforms. Create compelling, audience-focused content, including podcast soundbites, testimonials, case studies, and trend analyses. Strategize and develop weekly LinkedIn topics, templates, and content ideas for employees to share, particularly in the automotive and RV markets. Collaborate with our CEO and marketing team to create lead magnets and actionable dealer-focused content. Plan, write, and schedule social media posts using Plannable. Write and edit press releases, media materials, and other long-form content as needed. Equip employees with tools and resources to expand their LinkedIn presence, ensuring alignment with company goals and messaging. Stay up-to-date with trends in automotive and RV sales, as well as best practices in social media and content marketing. Use analytics to refine strategies and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in social media strategy and content creation, particularly on LinkedIn. Exceptional copywriting and editing skills, with experience in press and media releases. A strategic thinker who can align social media efforts with business goals. Ability to dive into the nuances of the automotive and RV industries and tailor content to our target audience. Familiarity with tools like Plannable and experience using data to inform decisions. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to take initiative and own projects. Experience with podcasts and video content creation is a plus. Based in Los Angeles and available to work from our Beverly Hills office.
