We are seeking a passionate and organized Communications Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in enhancing our communication strategies and promoting our brand through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in managing internal and external communications, crafting compelling messages, and ensuring that our communications align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies that align with organizational goals. Create and edit engaging content for various platforms including social media, newsletters, and press releases. Coordinate and manage internal communications to ensure staff are informed and engaged. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to promote the organization and its initiatives. Monitor and analyze communication efforts and provide recommendations for improvements. Support media relations by drafting press materials and facilitating media inquiries. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in communications or a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience with content creation, including writing for different audiences and platforms. Benefits
