Qualifications
+8 years of proven experience in the fields of data science, machine learning, data management or cloud computing Cross-functional team management and organizational skills, influence without authority, including senior management Excellent communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders Strong written communication skills and ability to synthesize complex information into clear and concise presentations and plans Analytical mindset, interpreting and summarizing data with actionable insights Technically-curious yet business-benefit oriented on the emerging data and AI technologies Willingness to travel up to 25% of time Responsibilities
In this role, you will work with product, marketing, partner and sales teams to develop go-to-market plans and launch products that enhance the data science experience Build and execute a go-to-market strategy and innovative programs that position Snowflake for data science and ML Create messaging, content assets, and sales enablement assets to be used by Snowflake marketing and sales teams, as well as partner teams Execute and be accountable for the success of go-to-market campaigns that require cross-functional collaboration with demand generation, content marketing, sales, product management, and other teams Communicate customer requirements and provide input to product management on product enhancements and future product direction Benefits
The estimated base salary range for this role is $147,000 - $204,700 Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake’s bonus and equity plan The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending & health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits Build the future of data.
