A fast growing beauty brand is looking to hire a Creative Director on a full-time basis. Must be able to work Monday-Thursday onsite in Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance will be provided.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead the in-house creative team, including designers, copywriters, and production artists Provide team mentorship and professional development opportunities Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams Guide Creative and Design Vision, partnering with Marketing and Product Innovation teams Contribute hands-on design work while leading the creative team Oversee brand creative direction Direct packaging design, graphics, and visual elements development Oversee retail display and point-of-sale material creation Direct sales materials and presentation development Lead integrated marketing campaigns Maintain brand consistency Manage project timelines and creative resources Present concepts to leadership and stakeholders REQUIREMENTS:
Creative vision with ability to implement brand strategy Design thinking and creative problem-solving skills Knowledge of beauty industry trends and consumer behavior Adobe Creative Suite expertise Project management and team leadership experience Clear communication skills Experience with budget management Ability to handle multiple deadlines EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field 10+ years creative experience, including 5+ years leadership experience Beauty or consumer packaged goods industry experience Portfolio showing creative work and brand development Experience leading creative teams Understanding of print production and digital media requirements
