Lead the creation and execution of data-driven, customer-centric marketing campaigns that deliver measurable business outcomes and align with the company's strategic goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective marketing execution across all channels. Oversee the development and management of marketing budgets, continuously improving the ROI of marketing investments. Performance Marketing:
Lead the development of direct response marketing strategies across digital and other channels, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. Leverage deep understanding of digital marketing best practices, including audience segmentation, creative testing, format optimization, and frequency strategies to maximize campaign effectiveness. Create and manage detailed reports that provide visibility into the entire marketing funnel, from initial contact to conversion and beyond, ensuring that leadership and key stakeholders understand campaign effectiveness. Translate marketing data into clear insights that inform budget allocation, campaign optimization, channel mix and forecasting. Analyze campaign performance, develop actionable insights from data, and adjust strategies to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition, and customer lifetime value. Develop forecast and predictive models to enhance marketing ROI. SEO and Organic Growth:
Implement and optimize a robust SEO strategy focused on increasing organic traffic, improving search rankings, and driving conversions. Define the key areas of optimization for our organic traffic approach and set targets that align with our business goals. Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and aligns with SEO best practices to boost organic rankings and engagement. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and leverage this knowledge to drive strategic initiatives. Lead the marketing ecommerce strategy including optimizing listings, managing reviews, and tracking performance metrics. Manage and support the expansion of services across various locations, ensuring consistent branding and information accuracy. Oversee and manage all technical SEO efforts, including site architecture, page speed optimization, mobile optimization, schema markup, and resolving crawl errors. Maintain Core Web Vitals and Technical SEO best practices to ensure proper discoverability of the site. Provide regular updates to leadership on progress toward improving search rankings and address how we're evolving in a no-click landscape. Own and report on key SEO and organic traffic metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Requirements
10+ years of progressive experience in marketing. 7+ years in performance marketing, with specific expertise in direct response channels, particularly digital marketing. 7+ years of SEO strategy and content recommendation with a strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and using platforms like Google Business Profile. Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire, innovate, and drive change. Strong experience in digital strategy and a record of growing and developing a strong brand. Outstanding business and financial acumen, with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively. Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence others. Strong ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance. In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, testing methodologies, and response optimization strategies. Experience with full-funnel analysis and the ability to present data clearly to leadership teams, showcasing campaign performance across all stages of the customer journey. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data and strategy to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
