We are looking for a Head of Global Customer Marketing to join our team at Bottomline. The Head of Global Customer Marketing will build out our Customer Marketing Strategy, with a focus on customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute data-driven B2B customer marketing campaigns that enhance customer loyalty, increase cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and improve customer lifetime value. This role will report to the Global Head of Product Marketing.

This is a remote role and must be located in ET.

How You'll Contribute

Customer Marketing Strategy Develop and implement customer marketing initiatives that drive pipeline generation and customer expansion across our global markets. Create targeted campaigns to increase product adoption, customer retention, and advocacy. Leverage customer insights to design data-driven engagement programs. Customer Segmentation & Insights

Analyze customer data to identify key segments and tailor marketing efforts accordingly. Work closely with customer success, product, and sales teams to gather insights into customer behavior and needs. Monitor customer feedback and engagement metrics to refine marketing strategies. Customer Engagement & Retention

Execute initiatives that enhance customer engagement through personalized content, campaigns, and experiences. Develop marketing programs that provide ongoing value and strengthen customer relationships. Campaign Management & Execution

Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns focused on retention, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities. Develop customer-centric content, including case studies, testimonials, and product guides. Track campaign performance and optimize based on data insights. Measurement & Reporting

Define and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer marketing success. Analyze program effectiveness and make recommendations for continuous improvement. Innovation & Best Practices

Stay current on customer marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Experiment with new strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty. If you have the attributes, skills, and experience listed below, we want to hear from you.

7+ years of experience in customer marketing, customer retention, or B2B marketing. Strong analytical skills with experience in customer data analytics, segmentation, and CRM tools. Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that drive measurable results. Experience managing customer lifecycle marketing, loyalty, and advocacy programs. Understand rules and regulations for marketing to a global audience. Strong communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams. Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo). Experience in marketing for global businesses and/or multiproduct offerings required. Experience with SaaS, technology, or payments-based businesses. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
