Senior Manager, Marketing Communications Title : Senior Manager, Marketing Communications Reporting to : SVP, Marketing Application Deadline: 5pm MST Friday, February 21st, 2025 About The Role The Marketing Communications Manager will support the execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with Inspirato’s target audience. Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role will focus on managing assigned projects, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring that marketing campaigns, events, and content are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who can take direction, organize workflows, and support a variety of marketing functions, including digital marketing, content development, social media, PR, and events. Key Responsibilities Project Execution: Manage and execute assigned marketing projects under the direction of the SVP of Marketing. Content Coordination: Facilitate the development of marketing materials by working with internal teams and external partners. Provide limited copywriting support for blogs, social media, website updates, and other marketing collateral as needed. Campaign Support: Help implement marketing campaigns by coordinating assets and ensuring proper execution across all channels. Event & Partnership Coordination: Provide logistical and administrative support for events, influencer collaborations, and media partnerships as assigned. Media & PR Assistance: Maintain media lists, track press coverage, and assist with influencer outreach per the planned initiatives. Marketing Technology & Reporting: Use marketing tools to pull reports, track campaign performance, and assist in compiling data for leadership review. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to help facilitate the execution of marketing initiatives based on leadership’s direction. Qualifications 6 years of experience in communications, project management, or digital marketing, preferably in luxury, travel, or hospitality. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience with social media, content marketing, or event coordination. Ability to take direction, follow established processes, and work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with marketing tools, email platforms, and basic analytics preferred. Compensation : $105,000 Base Salary Bonus : Eligible for the company’s bonus plan, with a target of up to 10% of your annual salary.
