Instructional Designer - Urgently Hiring Job at Express Employment Professionals

Express Employment is seeking an instructional designer for a health insurance company.  Job duties include:

• Developing procurement and supplier-related training courses
• Creating and maintaining professional Articulate training materials for procurement and supplier contracting processes, supplier negotiations, and related topics
• Creating material for audiences that include business owners, responsible executives and VPs, team members from Legal, Compliance, Procurement, IT Cyber, and administrative staff
• Assisting with discovery, designing, developing, building, testing, and implementing several courses on several related topics for identified audiences

Skills:

• 6 years of experience in training material development in Articulate
• Bachelor's degree in technical writing or instructional design, or equivalent work experience

Other Details:

• Schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
• Pay rate is $37-44/hr. DOE
• Position is onsite
• Position is temporary and expected to conclude by end of May 2025
