Description:
FUERTE, a groundbreaking healthcare networking app, is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join our team. We need someone with a proven track record of delivering high-quality, print-ready designs on time. Youll be working on marketing materials, social media assets, event flyers, pins, brochures, and other branding elements.

We value creativity, efficiency, and clear communication. If you can provide ready-to-print files while adhering to deadlines, we want to work with you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design print-ready marketing materials (flyers, brochures, posters, etc.)
• Create engaging social media graphics for various platforms
• Develop event branding assets (badges, pins, banners)
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align designs with FUERTE's brand guidelines
• Deliver high-quality projects within the agreed timeframe

Required Skills:


Design Software & Tools:


Adobe Creative Suite:

• Photoshop: Photo editing & digital graphics
• Illustrator: Vector graphics & logo creation
• InDesign: Print materials (brochures, flyers, and ready-to-print files)
• After Effects: Motion graphics & animations
• Premiere Pro: Video editing (if multimedia content is required)

Figma:

• UI/UX design, prototyping, and wireframing for app and web design
• Collaborative work on digital products

Canva:

• Quick-turnaround social media assets and marketing materials

Digital & Marketing Skills:

• Strong understanding of social media design standards (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Ability to design for both digital and print media
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles

Project Management & Communication:

• Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills to understand and implement feedback
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred (Bonus) Skills:

• Experience in healthcare, technology, or startup environments
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics for social media videos
• Familiarity with branding and visual identity development

Working Hours:
Must be available to work and communicate between 8:00 AM 12:00 PM PST for meetings, feedback, and project discussions.

Compensation:
$50 per project (with a guaranteed monthly minimum of $500)
Payment contingent on on-time delivery of ready-to-print files.
