Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to support our marketing and sales efforts. This role involves setting up exhibits, attending trade shows and events, conducting sales outreach, and engaging with potential customers to drive business growth. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with travel, have strong organizational skills, and possess a passion for marketing and sales. Job Title: Marketing Associate Location: Princeton, NJ Employment Type: Full-Time Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and set up exhibits at trade shows, conferences, and industry events Travel to various locations to represent the company at events and engage with potential clients Conduct sales outreach and lead generation before, during, and after events Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop promotional materials and event strategies Ensure that all marketing materials, displays, and branding are properly set up and maintained at events Track and report on event performance, including lead generation and customer engagement metrics Assist in social media and email marketing campaigns to promote events and outreach efforts Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, vendors, and potential clients Requirements Willingness to travel frequently to attend events and trade shows Prior experience in event marketing, trade show coordination, or sales outreach is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and marketing initiatives Ability to lift and transport marketing materials and exhibit equipment as needed Education And Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or event coordination If you are a motivated individual with a passion for marketing and sales, and you enjoy traveling and engaging with customers, we encourage you to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr
