Overview
The Paid Media Specialist will oversee campaign execution for Client’s paid marketing efforts, particularly Social, Search, and Vendor management for traditional media buying. A full range of paid experience is a plus. The ideal candidate should be able to contribute to and guide media strategy and be comfortable working daily within paid media platforms. Passion, accountability, and an exceptional attention to detail are essential.
This role will be a critical link between managing client and campaign objectives and driving disciplined cross-functional program management efficiently. They will play a pivotal role in planning campaigns that require multiple touch points – creative, content, digital, paid media. This person will support an Account Manager/Director/VP from messaging to tactical programming with a holistic view of how each function is integrated, understanding key dependencies and orchestrating those needs against a master schedule.
This is a fundamental position with a focus on integration, creativity, and execution. This person will be embedded on our integrated accounts, contribute to other accounts as needed, and drive programming and represent our integrated vision to both existing and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
Help execute and oversee day-to-day project management functions and processes within assigned accounts and assume the primary project management role internally and in client meetings
Implement campaigns and monitor metrics to maximize performance
Ensure that clear, concise direction and workflows are established for all account initiatives
Gain thorough insight into the Client’s business and industry and provide clients with unsolicited, team-generated ideas on improving efficiencies on how a campaign is managed
Articulate, experienced and well-versed in existing or emerging digital, social, influencer and traditional channels and platforms
Maintain a strong sense of teamwork and collaboration within agency team members
Drive the lifecycle of the media planning/buying and implementation process
A contributor in new business pitches
Well versed in creative campaign management
Accountable for financials of owned projects, from scopes to budget tracking
Qualifications
Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
Is a motivated self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit

Is a creative problem solver and undaunted by challenges
Has excellent oral and written communications skills
Has associate level of experience working with paid media
Is a deep believer in the philosophy of integrated marketing solutions driving the most valuable activity among a client's customers and communities
Must have account executive and/or project management experience, particularly working in platforms on paid search and paid social

In order to comply with equal pay and salary transparency laws in various locations, we believe the target range of base compensation in all locations within the United States for this role is $65k - $100k. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and location.
