Core Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the National Sales Manager to strategically increase national revenue.
• Guide the rep firm in creating and executing proposals and media plans.
• Act as the main contact for smaller Ampersand offices.
• Serve as a back-up decision-maker in the NSM's absence, submitting rates and making informed business decisions.
• Work with the NSM to develop and promote effective sales packages.
• Create comprehensive proposals across various media platforms, ensuring compliance with rate cards and negotiation guidelines.
• Utilize inventory tools to optimize stewardship and reduce variance.
• Assist in troubleshooting issues and maximizing post-sale adjustments.
• Research and resolve billing discrepancies as needed.
• Oversee deliverable tracking for Ampersand National Targeted TV schedules.
• Become an expert in our internal systems and tools.
• Collaborate with various departments to support client needs and business requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in Cox Media Sales or Media Sales Services, or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with media software tools.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in media math and terminology.

Compensation for this position ranges from $65,500.00 to $98,300.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
