As the Creator Marketing Grad, you’ll build relationships with social media creators in sports, music, gaming, and culture. Reporting to the Director of Creator Marketing, you will dive into the world of influencer marketing. You’ll support in managing creator partnerships, celebrating important milestones, and creating memorable, impactful moments that bring Red Bull to life across top-tier creator channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES
IDENTIFICATION AND OUTREACH
- Develop relationships with new creators who align with Red Bull’s brand across different platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Twitch and Snapchat
- Vet agency rosters to identify relevant talent
- Communicate potential prospects to the team and help onboard new creators
- Help develop long-term relationships with new talent, building a network of future collaborators
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
- Manage Red Bull’s National roster of creator relationships, ensuring all data is accurate
- Track important creator milestones, coordinate and send meaningful gifts and reminders to deepen creator connections
- Collaborate with respective relationship owners to ensure milestones are acknowledged promptly
- Provide onsite support at select Red Bull events, ensuring positive and memorable experiences for creators
- Help with event logistics, including creator scheduling, hospitality, and content capture
- Ensure seamless event communication and coordination
NATIONAL PROGRAM SUPPORT
- Support the Creator Marketing team in tracking and sharing creator opportunities cross-functionally
- Maintain the National Creator Marketing workbook to ensure accessibility nationally
- Manage product seeding and cooler placement process for creators, talent agencies and main partners
- Document and archive Creator Marketing wins, including important outcomes, metrics, and best practices
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven excellence in academic pursuits
- A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and time-management abilities, with a proactive approach to challenges
- Bachelor’s degree (completed by July 2025)
- Relevant work or internship experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Fluent in English (written, spoken); additional languages considered a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The salary for this position is $70,000
