Job Description

Full-time position available at a health care publishing company to manage two professional journals. The position involves overseeing peer review, pre-production, production, and post-production/posting of content according to the production schedule, working with section editors to meet deadlines, managing editorial boards and virtual board meetings, and some social media posting. Will provide daily supervision for an Associate Editor.

Job Requirements

1. Excellent copyediting, proofreading, and InDesign page layout skills required.
2. Candidate must be professional and customer-focused, self-motivated, deadline- and detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
3. Candidate will have a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in publishing, preferably related to health care or academia.

Effective March 3, 2025, employees living within a 50-mile radius will be scheduled to work two days per week at our Thorofare, NJ location.
