Lead Film Extrusion Machine operator (Night shift) Job at Packaging Personified,

This is a full-time position working 12-hour rotating 2nd shifts 2/2/3 from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

Our night team is looking for a shift lead who can take charge and understands how to troubleshoot equipment and quality problems. Someone who doesn't want to stop learning and growing!

What You’ll Be Doing

Set up and run blown film extrusion machinery, follow resin blends recipe, communicate with your team and other departments, perform changeovers, troubleshoot film quality issues, train your team and help us to get better!

What We Are Looking For

• Extrusion experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to apply common sense and understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagram instructions.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• A drive to succeed with a self-starter approach and a can-do attitude.
• Must be able to successfully pass all pre-employment screenings and/or testing (including drug screen, background, and criminal checks).
