CONNECTIVE Agency is seeking versatile graphic designers who love crafting creative across digital, print, and video mediums. We also develop smart, compelling websites and digital campaigns for our clients, so folks with solid UI/UX design experience should connect with us, too.
We’re looking for someone who is a team player, will design to our clients’ brand positioning and key messages, has a can-do attitude, and works with a high degree of independence. The agency is fast-paced, so the ability to manage their time and deliver excellent design concepts at the same time is crucial.

Our design team roles are a great opportunity for someone who is looking to gain a lot of experience working on clients in a wide variety of industries, across mediums, and create designs that impact business and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our clients, writers, photographers, videographers, developers, and account managers to successfully bring a vision to life
- Go Deep — research industry, legacy materials, absorb the content and ask questions when beginning projects
- Review work for quality and accuracy and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Create brand identity materials (logo suite, brand guidelines, corporate identity, Microsoft PowerPoint & Word templates)
- Design solutions that are both beautiful (UI) and functional (UX) for custom websites
- This includes site mapping, wireframing, designing, prototyping and collaborating with developers during the build of the sites
- Attend in-person and virtual meetings with professionalism, punctuality, and preparedness
- Taking notes, actively listening, and participating
- Design digital and print materials
- Digital: social graphics, newsletters, website graphics, digital ads, etc.
- Print: brochures, posters, annual reports, resource guides, billboards, trade show booths/materials, branded swag, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or related discipline
- Extensive knowledge/experience of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD or Figma, and AfterEffects
- Web design experience
- Experience creating editable templates in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- 3-5 years working in design in post-graduate, non-internship roles
- Communication skills, can sell a concept
- Client service experience
- Willingness to learn and grow in all of the above areas of expertise
