At Fathom, an IQVIA business, we strive to build unparalleled partnerships with our clients. In that pursuit, our Paid Media team is actively looking for a Strategist to join our dynamic group of digital marketers.

As a Paid Media Strategist, you will act as a subject matter expert, working directly with our enterprise-level clients to advance their paid media strategy, develop robust campaign plans, and measure and maximize impact to their business. A successful Strategist brings a strong bias for action, drive to succeed, and an analytical mindset, always testing and learning to grow performance.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic consulting: Identifying and proposing campaign opportunities, based on business, market, and industry insight, to executive-level points of contact.
  • Campaign planning: Completing audience research and segmentation planning, selecting a channel mix, and outlining messaging strategy.
  • Goal setting and ROI modeling: Setting business-level and campaign-level goals for campaign launches and outlining our approach to measuring success.
  • Performance management: Assessing and responding to campaign performance in order to glean insights and drive growth in performance.
  • New business acquisition: Acting as a subject matter expert throughout our sales process to secure new business for the team.
  • Leadership and development: Coaching junior-level team members to advance our expertise as a team.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant professional paid media experience required
  • Experience with a combination of the following channels and platforms:
    • Paid social: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, Twitter, TikTok, Nextdoor
    • Programmatic display: Google Ads, Basis, The Trade Desk
    • Paid search: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads
  • Industries with a longer buying cycle, including B2B and healthcare
  • Management of $1M+ annual media budgets
  • Third-party tools for campaign launch, management, and reporting
  • Developing detailed testing plans, including A/B and multivariant testing
  • Advanced measurement approaches and tools, like offline conversion tracking, conversions APIs, and attribution modeling
