About the Position

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Planning, delivering, and assessing engaging music lessons.
  • Inspire creativity, musical expression, and technical skills in our students.
  • Teach music theory, performance, and appreciation.
  • Lead extracurricular music activities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall music curriculum.
  • Promote good progress and outcomes by pupils.
  • Adapt teaching to respond to the strengths and needs of every pupil.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in music.
  • Has at least 1 years’ experience teaching.
  • Has experience designing and implementing inspirational and engaging schemes of work.
  • Is flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic.
  • Has a strong commitment to continued personal development.
