What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Develop and monitor complex health process and outcomes data analyses and reports for system management decision-making
  2. Collaborate with health system stakeholders to design data models and reporting solutions for quality, patient safety, and operational efficiency
  3. Collect, analyze, and report data from multiple sources to create actionable insights for leadership
  4. Provide technical support and documentation to analysts, managers, and clinicians in utilizing health data
  5. Assist in developing ETL processes to acquire and load data from various sources

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. Bachelor's degree in informatics, information technology, business, data science, or a related field
  2. Minimum of three (3) years of directly related work experience
  3. Strong skills in database and query design and development for modeling and reporting
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access
  5. Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Six years of experience in analysis, quality reporting, or decision support, with at least three years in the healthcare industry
  2. Experience with data visualization tools such as Qlik, Tableau, or Power BI
  3. Familiarity with disease processes, care pathways, and medical terminology
  4. Knowledge of healthcare informatics, reporting, and analytics
  5. Active participation in professional organizations and forums
