We are opening a brand new Elements Massage in Surprise, AZ in a brand new plaza, coming April 2025! We come from a successful family business and are looking forward to creating a fun, family-oriented, and inclusive culture in our studio!

As a studio manager, you will oversee sales, operations, and the team for the studio. As the main leader, we are looking for someone experienced in running a shop or management prior to this role. We would love it if you would apply today!

Studio Manager Qualifications

A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage Therapy and has the following qualifications:

• 5 years experience in management, including roles as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager in a service, sales, or retail environment. Previous titles should include manager or director.
• Previous experience managing a team of 10 or more staff members.
• Excellent leadership skills; ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Ability to implement structure, policies, and procedures.
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong problem-solving skills; ability to set expectations, goals, and delegate effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with confidence.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
• MindBody Software experience is a plus.
