Job Title: UX Researcher
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 6 Months + Possible Extension

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced UX Researcher to lead product portfolio research in a portfolio and product-based culture. The role involves conducting qualitative and quantitative UX research, influencing product decisions, and scaling ResearchOps. You will work in a cross-functional agile team, advocating for user-centered design and improving research infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct UX research using heuristic reviews, click tests, surveys, eye tracking, usability testing (UserZoom, UserTesting, Userlytics), user interviews, and competitive analyses.
- Analyze Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric, and other data sources to supplement research strategies.
- Create and manage Customer Journey Maps and Service Blueprints to improve customer experience.
- Effectively present research insights to stakeholders and product teams.
- Benchmark product performance using quantitative UX metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage research tools, software/hardware, and participant recruitment.
- Scale ResearchOps, improve research infrastructure, and mentor junior researchers.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of applied UX research experience in large enterprises.
- Strong expertise in user-centered design, qualitative and quantitative research methods.
- Proficiency in UX design/prototyping tools: Figma, Zeplin, Sketch, Adobe CC, Flinto.
- Experience with analytical tools: Adobe Analytics, Quantum Metric.
- Strong communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of UX research experience in a portfolio-based environment.
- Experience in the aviation industry or with unionized workforces.
- Knowledge of AI applications in UX research.
- Experience scaling research practices and setting up research repositories.
- Graduate degree in HCI, Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or related fields.
