Required Skills: Responsibilities: Our Impact •Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide. That includes CMS upkeep, coding documents into HTML, and improving the overall usability of the Guide. •We work with government mandated and time-specific announcements. •We evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information displayed on the Guide.

Your Impact In this role, you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to: •Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide •Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content •Occasionally assist execute HTML/CSS coding assignments •Execute coding assignments in conjunction with other resources •Collaborate with the team to test new development releases •Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide.

Qualifications: •College Degree or equivalent experience. •4-6 years of related experience. •Strong attention to detail with proven analytical and problem-solving skills •Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to identify and resolve conflicts •Solid verbal and written skills •Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and work with staff at all levels and across divisions •Fluency in JavaScript, CSS, and HTML required. •Experience with Oracle CMS preferred. •Experience with PHP based websites preferred.

This project will involve significant front-end development work, including modernizing the website's design and implementing new features. CMS Administration : Initially, the candidate will be involved in CMS administration tasks, which include managing and updating web content using the Oracle CMS. This is crucial for maintaining the website's legal and regulatory compliance. Vendor Collaboration : The team works closely with external vendors for backend updates and customizations. This involves coordinating with vendors to ensure that updates are compatible with existing systems and addressing any issues that arise.
