Our client has an immediate need for an IT Communication Specialist, who will be responsible for providing change management support to Digital and IT projects

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field 3+ years of experience 2+ years of mass communications (emails, presentations, etc.) and/or extensive project change management planning and execution Experience with Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint skills Experience with a technical subject matter Experience with IT governance concepts and practices (SOX, ISO, etc.) is a plus Experience with Oracle EBS, HP Service Manager, HP PPM, and reporting/data analysis tools is a plus Experience with IT governance practices and execution is a plus

Responsibilities: Leading the development, management, and execution of change management activities with a focus on stakeholder communications, education, and effective change planning and execution Managing IT Digital change management/Communication activities Developing IT communications for Digital initiatives, including corporate-wide notifications and project spotlights Facilitating Digital Agent training sessions, including managing participant list, distributing session invites and material handouts, coordinating with facilitators, recording training completions and sending completion certificates Reviewing and developing high-quality, high-impact user communications in various formats for IT activities and projects, that advance the IT organization's brand and goals Developing, maintaining, and executing change management integrated work plans for IT projects, including communications, and training needs Communication plans include stakeholder analysis to determine the type, level, timing and quantity of user communications needed, as well as the appropriate distribution list Training plans include determining training needs, such as documentation, Q&A sessions, online or instructor-led training, and other formats Scheduling and facilitating sessions, as needed, including conducting train-the-trainer sessions, and follow-up activities such as recording training completions and creating and sending surveys Creating and sending Microsoft Forms surveys related to IT projects and activities, when requested Assisting with the maintenance of an internal intranet website Creating new and maintaining existing technical documentation Supporting IT Shared Services functions such as report creation, presentations, internal marketing materials, etc.
