The Commercial Product Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive the adoption and success of products for business customers. This role bridges product development and sales by crafting targeted messaging, positioning, and campaigns to meet the needs of commercial customers and achieve business objectives.

HYBRID WORK ENVIRONMENT

Vancouver-based team members work in-office every other week (Tues-Thurs). Core attendance is required from 9 AM - 3 PM on these days to support business priorities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • Dive deep into customer discovery, conducting qualitative and quantitative research to understand our customers and identify segments and personas.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for commercial product launches and updates.
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning tailored to the commercial market segment.
  • Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Partner with sales teams to develop enablement tools and customer-facing assets.
  • Collaborate with product management to align business customer go-to-market strategies with the product roadmap.
  • Drive demand generation initiatives in collaboration with brand marketing colleagues, including campaigns, events, and content creation.
  • Measure and optimize marketing efforts to maximize product adoption and revenue growth."


WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • Proven experience in product marketing, preferably with B2B technology and/or services.
  • Strong understanding of B2B product launch strategies, go-to-market execution, and demand generation.
  • Experience conducting and analyzing market research and competitive insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Ability to develop compelling sales enablement and customer-facing materials.
  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in measuring and optimizing marketing effectiveness.
  • Passion for creating innovative marketing strategies that drive business impact.


COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Salary $85,000 - $110,000 per annum (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
