THE ROLE - Marketing Analyst
In this role, you will play a key part in tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing campaigns. You'll build and maintain reporting systems, generate actionable insights, and work closely with key stakeholders to drive marketing strategy and efficiency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Track daily marketing campaigns, evaluating downstream metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Write SQL queries in Snowflake to analyze large data sets and generate reports.
  • Develop and maintain marketing dashboards in Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate on testing new campaigns and performing ROI analysis.
  • Present findings and insights to key stakeholders, ensuring clear and actionable communication.


YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
  • 2-4 years in a marketing analytics or data-driven marketing role.
  • Strong SQL skills with experience working in a data warehouse (preferably Snowflake).
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Salesforce, Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Experience analyzing and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Python experience is a plus.

  • Competitive base salary up to $110,000 + 10-12% bonus.
  • Fully remote position, with preference for EST or CST time zones.
  • 401k plan with contributions after 90 days.
  • PTO starting at 10 days, with potential for 15.
