Our team is seeking a talented Training Media Developer to develop digital media content for the Collision Training Department. You will be responsible for creating visual media content for a variety of programs and learners across the Collision Organization. This is a role that encompasses all aspects of video filming and production including 3D renders, photography, graphic design, texturing, rendering, and animation. Tesla is a fast-moving, dynamic environment where flexibility and adaptability are key attributes needed for success. The successful candidate will be motivated and collaborative, willing to work daily in tandem with Instructional Designers. We are searching for a candidate that has a proven track record of creating innovative, engaging, and impactful training media. This position will be located at our training facility in Fremont, CA.

Responsibilities
  • Produce high-quality multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and technical illustrations, to support training programs
  • Develop engaging visual assets that simply complex concepts while maintaining brand consistency
  • Script, storyboard, and animate 2D/3D models, incorporating texturizing, rendering, and motion design as needed
  • Collaborated with instructional designer, subject matter experts, and project teams to align media with training objectives
  • Manage multimedia assets using project managements tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence
  • Adapt creative workflows to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, iterative development environment


Requirements
  • 3-5 years' experience. Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Visual Effects, Motion Graphics, Photography, Software Engineering, or related fields
  • Proven ability to create diverse digital media for training, with a strong portfolio showcasing animations, illustrations, and graphic design; proficiency in video and photo editing using Premiere Pro, Camtasia, Lightroom, or similar software
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and other multimedia tools like Articulate Rise, Final Cut Pro, Camtasia, or Vyond
  • Experience with 3D and motion graphics software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Keyshot, or Unity for animation and visual effects
  • Strong visual communication skills to translate technical or abstract ideas into clear, engaging visuals for diverse audiences
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and manage multimedia assets using structured workflows and digital asset management systems
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook

      $80,000 - $120,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits

      Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
