Digital Marketing Project Manager

to enhance our Marketing Department. This role involves effectively planning, coordinating, and executing technical and digital marketing projects. You will collaborate with technical teams, marketing specialists, and external vendors to manage schedules, resources, and deliverables seamlessly. Project Coordination and Management Plan and execute websites and digital marketing projects to align with our business objectives. Create detailed project plans that outline timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and risk assessments. Monitor progress on multiple projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints. Work closely with Web Development Engineers, SEO Specialists, and Digital Marketing Specialists to ensure alignment of tasks. Encourage clear and consistent communication between technical and marketing teams. Utilize project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Trello to streamline workflows and updates. Technical Support and Oversight Collaborate with Web Development Engineers to manage CMS updates, technical optimizations, and API integrations. Assist with technical audits and implement solutions to enhance site performance and SEO. Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure technical deliverables meet project requirements. Oversee the deployment of landing pages, email templates, and campaign-specific web assets. Marketing Integration Partner with marketing specialists to align project deliverables with digital marketing goals, including lead generation and SEO performance. Support the execution of paid and organic search initiatives for seamless technical implementation. Facilitate campaign localization, coordinating translation workflows and localized content updates. Optimize campaign assets such as landing pages and email templates for better performance and usability. Reporting and Documentation Maintain thorough project documentation, including plans, status reports, and post-project reviews. Track and report on key metrics related to project timelines, budget compliance, and performance outcomes. Analyze project data to pinpoint opportunities for process improvements and enhanced efficiency. Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the central point of contact for technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment on priorities. Organize and lead meetings, including project kickoffs, status updates, and debriefs. Engage stakeholders with clear updates on project progress and address any concerns promptly. Quality Assurance and Control Develop and implement quality control processes to evaluate the performance and usability of websites and digital marketing campaigns. Work collaboratively to improve processes, tools, and deliverables with a focus on quality and efficiency. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally in digital marketing or web development environments. Proficient with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Jira) and CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, HubSpot). General understanding of web development fundamentals, SEO best practices, and campaign deployment. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Skills: Basic knowledge of front-end and back-end development principles. Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz. Familiarity with ABM strategies and the localization of global campaigns. Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) are advantageous.
