Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Sales and Marketing to join our team. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth, enhance brand awareness, and strengthen our market position.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives
Lead and manage the sales and marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our market reach
Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly
Foster strong relationships with key clients and companies
Prepare and present sales and marketing reports to senior management
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Director of Sales and Marketing in the hotel industry
Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field or 8 years+ in the role of Director of Sales and Marketing
