Job Responsibilities Lead and oversee digital transformation initiatives related to Oracle Fusion Cloud within the organization. Oracle Fusion Cloud Techno-functional Practitioner with a minimum of 10 years experience managing large Oracle Fusion Cloud programs, especially in the Banking & Financial Services Domain. Manage technology-driven projects ensuring seamless data integration and system enhancement. Adopt a hands-on approach, engaging in data analysis and project execution as needed. Conduct data analysis and understand data flow from initiation to statutory requirements (Workiva). Have previous experience in leading end-to-end Oracle Cloud Application project implementation. Experience in managing project risks, dependencies, and issues, providing mitigation solutions. Well-equipped with knowledge of the latest technology solutions, especially related to integrations, data flow, testing, upgrades, reporting, and data migration. Familiarity with Oracle PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS solutions. Coordinate with clients, internal teams, external vendors, and Oracle partners for seamless project execution.
