Base pay range $130,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Growing payment and gamification platform company is looking for a Head of Mobile Marketing based in the Miami, FL, or New York City, NY, Metro. The Head of Marketing will build and lead the strategy and execution to drive customers into the mobile app. Responsibilities: Build and own the app marketing and engagement strategy and execution to drive conversion to engage with our advertisers. Manage a preloaded carrier handset marketing budget to drive app conversion at or exceeding budget. Regularly partner, present, and report to senior leadership and collaborators on app marketing strategies, plans, and findings, including progress to App installation and MAU goals. Think strategically, roll up your sleeves, and supervise operational details of mobile app engagement, including app installs and traffic generation. Be passionate about app engagement, mobile marketing technology, measurement, ad platform functionality, audience segmentation, and creative strategy to scale out a new marketing function in close collaboration with partners. Partner with the Analytics and Product team to troubleshoot technical bugs or develop performance monitoring, reporting, or tracking needs. Serve as the primary point of contact and escalate critical customer issues and demands internally to the Product/Technical teams for resolution. Qualifications: 7 years of mobile app engagement marketing experience. 5 years of people management experience. 2 years experience with LeanPlum or an equivalent CRM/Messaging Platform. Experience managing large-scale paid marketing campaigns, preferably passionate about driving app installs and app engagement. Technical skills to understand app performance tracking and measurement solutions. Ability to manage the strategy while inspecting the tactical execution on new campaigns, manage up on performance reads, strategic evolution, and development of POVs and insights that help the business scale. Ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize resources while working in a multifaceted, fast-paced, and growing organization while leading the improvement of nascent cross-functional processes.
