Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service. Assist with sales of continuing education programs. Manage and create social media content to engage with our audience. Support administrative tasks related to our continuing education courses. Education
Bachelor’s degree or currently studying Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Minor or Associate degree or currently studying Marketing is a plus! Qualifications and Skills
At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or social media management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Professional, friendly demeanor with superior customer service skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records. Previous experience in customer service and sales environment is a plus.
