Senior Technical Writer

to join our

Knowledge Management / Technical Publications

team within CSBG. This role will be responsible for creating and editing

technical procedures and manuals

used by both internal and external customers. The ideal candidate will collaborate with engineers, technical teams, and writers to ensure accuracy, completeness, and clarity of all technical documentation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and edit

technical manuals, procedures, and documentation

for semiconductor equipment. Work closely with

engineers and core writing staff

to finalize procedures using Microsoft Word. Ensure documentation meets industry standards for accuracy, completeness, and usability. Create and manage content in a

Content Management System (CMS). Gather technical information from engineering teams, review for accuracy, and integrate it into technical documents. Attend content team meetings and provide updates on documentation projects. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree

in Technical Writing, English, Communications, Journalism, or related field. An

engineering degree

is acceptable with demonstrated writing skills. Minimum

2 years

of experience in technical writing or editing (preferred but not required). Strong English language skills

(MUST have). Proficiency in

Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent

editing, writing, and organizational

skills. Strong

attention to detail

and ability to work in a team environment. Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience with

DITA XML

and

Content Management Systems (CMS). Proficiency in

Adobe Acrobat, FrameMaker, SnagIt, SharePoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, WebWorks. Knowledge of

semiconductors, wafer deposition, and technical publications.
