Overview Under the direction of the Vice President, Marketing, the Regional Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns for an assigned portfolio. He or she plays a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. This role is remote, based in the Phoenix, AZ area, with occasional visits to our McLean, VA Corporate Office. Responsibilities Develop and review marketing & media plans, campaigns, budgets, and strategies for the assigned portfolio. Partner with operations teams to analyze local market trends and make strategic marketing recommendations. Oversee and manage the development of creative communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, and report materials for the assigned portfolio. Advance the overall quality of strategic thinking, creative direction, and technology use to maximize the marketing program effectiveness in meeting growth and cost savings goals set by the company. Use analytics data to suggest ways to increase presence and capture leads; work with the internal team to implement and make necessary updates. Track, monitor, and report on lead sources, traffic, and campaign effectiveness. Stay abreast of competition and real estate marketing trends. Work with Regional Managers and Property Managers to monitor community marketing initiatives in accordance with the strategic plan and adjust based on specific needs to maximize traffic. Travel to designated sub-markets for in-person marketing assessments and consultation as needed. Maintain in-depth knowledge of online marketing channels. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred. A minimum of 3 years experience in property management or marketing is required. Experience leading a team or broad marketing initiatives/projects is highly preferred. Strong writing skills to effectively communicate your brand’s message. Data analysis skills to extract value from reporting tools. Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage projects/tasks spanning multiple departments. Proven success in crafting and implementing innovative ideas and concepts. Excellent communication skills. Valid driver’s license and transportation.
