Job Summary:
This position plays a key role in the planning, preparation, editing, and execution of a wide range of project-related communications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project communications, a strong ability to collaborate and the skills to create engaging and visually impactful materials. Expertise in
Microsoft PowerPoint ,
graphic design , and exceptional writing skills is a must. Experience with
Adobe Creative Cloud
applications
change management
is a plus.
Requirements: Seasoned communicator
with experience working across all levels of the organization, including senior executives. Extensive experience
in designing and delivering impactful, engaging communications and slide decks for global projects. Experience in agile environments , managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working autonomously to meet deadlines. Passionate about delivering
excellent
clear communications. Excellent written and verbal communication skills , with a strong ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. Attention to detail
and the ability to produce high-quality work consistently. Clear thinking
and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office 365
(SharePoint, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Planner, Hyperlinks, Outlook, TEAMS, etc.) and
Adobe Suite
(Photoshop, InDesign, etc.). Familiarity with
internal collaboration platforms
(Viva Engage etc.) is a plus. Global Pharmaceutical
experience is preferred. Must be available to work starting at
8:00 AM EST
due to collaboration with European operations. Responsibilities:
Collaborate with
project teams
to ensure strategic and cohesive communication and change management activities across all workstreams. Translate meeting content
into clear, engaging slide decks, ensuring the information is communicated effectively to the target audience. Manage and create
various communication deliverables , including emails, eSigns/posters, infographics, videos, and more, in multiple formats to suit project needs. Ensure that all messaging aligns with the overarching program theme and highlights key benefits, focusing on
"what's in it for me"
for the intended audience. Cooperate with key stakeholders and project team members to develop communications such as announcements, newsletters, and ensure efficient review processes to meet deadlines. Maintain and
manage distribution lists
for communications, ensuring recipients are up-to-date and appropriately targeted. Provide
communication guidance
to change networks and assist with managing feedback solicitation, such as surveys. Oversee content and updates for an
internal SharePoint Online site , ensuring relevant information and resources are easily accessible for digital applications. Support the
development of communication materials
for internal and external purposes, ensuring high-quality and visually engaging formats. Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with
graphic design
tools and best practices for creating effective communication materials (powerpoint decks, infographics, e-signs, etc.).
