Job Description
Drive cSUN growth and improve engagement by creating intuitive and engaging consumer experiences across our ecosystem, showcasing the rich selection of local products and businesses, regardless of data fidelity, and seamlessly connecting online and offline shopping journeys, fostering stronger connections between consumers and local merchants. Expand local shopping experiences and use cases to Shopping Destination. This will require understanding user needs and technical feasibility to design UX solutions and flows. This will also require thinking through end to end experiences across Shopping surfaces amoung others.
\nTop 3 Daily Responsibilities:
\n- \n
- Understand user needs on key shopping surfaces to develop user journeys \n
- Explore and concept design solutions across local on casa experiences and features \n
- Partner with PM and Engineers to scope and priorities features and develop pixel perfect mocks for implementation. \n
Required Qualifications:
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science,\n
- \n
- Experience on a related field, or equivalent practical experience. \n
\n - 3+ years experiences as an Interaction Designer and/or product designer \n
- Experience with mobile and desktop app design. \n
- Experience designing and prototyping within interface design tools \n
- Experience partnering with PM and Engineers and collaboration with UX Designers. \n
- Experiences building products from concept to launch (e.g., foundational research, ideation and concept sketching, high-fidelity flows including end to end experiences, prototypes of end to end experience, implementation with Engineering.) \n
- Specific Tools or Applications experience (ex. Our Apps, Salesforce CRM, etc) \n
- Certification or license (ex. CPA, PMP, Cisco) \n

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $78.30 to $87.01 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
