Location: Santa Fe Springs, CaliforniaJob Type: PermanentCompensation Range: $155,000 - 165,000 per yearThe Brand Marketing team is seeking a Director, Brand Marketing to drive awareness and engagement through events, activations, content, and other brand-focused initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies that generate buzz and meaningful consumer connections through real-life experiences. Additionally, the Director will oversee the retail marketing team, managing local and mall marketing efforts across various locations nationwide.Responsibilities:Develop and communicate a compelling brand vision that resonates with the target audience.Create and manage an annual content calendar in collaboration with Site Merchandising and Marketing, ensuring a strong storytelling approach.Lead the planning, creative direction, and execution of impactful marketing campaigns across digital and print channels in partnership with the Design and Performance teams.Drive brand awareness and engagement through strategic partnerships, product collaborations, experiential marketing programs, and activations.Oversee the retail marketing team, supporting store-related marketing initiatives, including mall marketing, grassroots efforts, new store openings, and local activations.Inspire, mentor, and develop the brand marketing team while collaborating across all marketing functions and independently driving future brand initiatives.Develop activation strategies for key events throughout the year to engage existing customers and attract new audiences.Work with internal and external stakeholders to refine brand guidelines, ensuring consistent messaging and creative execution across all channels.Build strong relationships with store leadership and managers across multiple locations to support local marketing initiatives effectively.Ensure seamless collaboration between internal teams (Creative, Performance, Social, Production, PR, etc.) for cohesive and coordinated marketing efforts.Partner with senior leadership to ensure all marketing initiatives align with overall brand strategy and business objectives.Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and provide insights to key stakeholders.Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in retail marketing to enhance brand positioning and strategy.Qualifications:10+ years of experience in brand marketing or a related field.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.Strong expertise in brand marketing project management and execution.Proven experience in creative strategy development and enhancing brand presence.Ability to analyze and report on brand metrics and top-of-funnel performance.Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and adapt to challenges.Experience leading a partially remote team, managing multiple projects, and overseeing influencer and media events, content development, and public relations efforts.Hands-on experience with marketing tools and software, including Microsoft Office.Strong understanding of marketing channel metrics and consumer research (both quantitative and qualitative).Excellent written and verbal communication skills, resourcefulness, and strategic problem-solving abilities.Dynamic leadership skills that inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.Skills:Brand MarketingPublic RelationshipsCreative strategyBrand PresencesJOBID: 1081576 #LI-CELLA#LI-KD1#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
