About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Resource Development and Marketing to join their Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and implementing the organization's strategic fundraising vision, with a focus on securing major gifts, overseeing special events, and strengthening donor relationships. This role requires a proven track record in fundraising, including expertise in corporate partnerships, major gifts, and digital fundraising, and the ability to meet annual revenue targets. The Vice President will also lead the marketing, public relations, and brand positioning efforts, ensuring a strong and engaging presence in the community. Applicants should have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 8 years' experience in non-profit fundraising, sales, marketing, or a related field, with at least 3 years' in a supervisory role. The role demands exceptional communication skills, the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, and a strong background in marketing and brand strategy. The ideal candidate will be an innovative, strategic thinker with superior presentation skills, capable of representing the organization effectively in various settings. Proficiency in CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce, and a high level of tact and diplomacy are essential. The position also requires the ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and to travel as needed.
