This role is designed for leaders who thrive on providing reliable, exceptional service to residents. As a Lease-Up Community Manager, you'll oversee a 230-unit, new construction BTR community featuring craftsman-style cottage homes with private backyards. You'll manage a range of amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, cabanas, and more. Your passion for excellence will shine as you lead your team and ensure every aspect of the community is run with accuracy, efficiency, and heart.

What We're Looking For:

  • A seasoned professional with new construction experience.
  • 3-5 years of management experience in multi-family assets (build-to-rent, condominiums, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden-style properties).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to work with stakeholders and new residents.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and payroll systems.
  • A passion for leadership, service, and creating a positive impact in the community.
