Young & Associates is a progressive team of management consultants dedicated to the success of financial institutions by providing consulting, outsourcing, and educational services to community financial institutions nationwide and overseas. In 45+ years we have grown and expanded our product and service offerings to include all the major areas of banking, including risk management, capital planning, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, branching and expansion, loan review, marketing, compliance, quality control, and information technology. Through affiliations with state and national banking associations, we also provide educational seminars and training to more than 3,000 bankers each year.


As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic Content Marketing Associate with strong writing skills and an eye for design to support our marketing initiatives and contribute to our long-term growth strategy.


Reporting to the Director of Marketing, this role supports inbound lead generation by creating engaging content, supporting sales outreach, and designing compelling marketing materials. The ideal candidate is a skilled writer with an eye for design, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple marketing projects in a B2B environment.

Requirements:


The Content Marketing Associate’s primary responsibilities include:


Content Marketing & Campaign Support

•Develop engaging blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and email campaigns.

•Collaborate with subject matter experts to simplify complex regulatory and financial topics into clear, compelling content.

•Write, edit, and proofread marketing and sales collateral.

•Optimize website content using the company’s CMS (WordPress) and support SEO initiatives to improve visibility.

•Ensure all written materials align with brand voice and industry best practices.


Creative Design & Branding

•Design professional marketing collateral for print and digital use.

•Maintain brand consistency across all content and visuals.

Social Media & Brand Awareness

•Develop and schedule engaging social media content.

•Monitor audience engagement and adjust content based on performance insights.


Event & Webinar Support

•Assist in planning, promoting, and executing webinars, trade shows, and conferences.

•Coordinate event logistics, email outreach, and pre- and post-event marketing campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills


Required:

•2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B or professional services.

•Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.

•Ability to proofread and ensure brand consistency.

•Knowledge of content marketing, email marketing, and social media strategies.

•Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

•Willingness to travel (~10%).


Preferred:

•Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.

•Experience in financial services, consulting, or professional services marketing.

•Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.

•Experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platform).

•Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or other graphic design tools.
