Position Overview
Rectangle Health enables healthcare providers to simplify the business of healthcare by making it easy to engage patients and process payments. As a Product Content Manager at Rectangle Health, you will play a crucial role in empowering customers with the training, documentation, and in-app guidance they need to succeed with our products.
This is a highly intrapreneurial and collaborative role. We are seeking someone who takes initiative, asks questions, and thrives in cross-departmental collaborations. You have a keen sense of how to shape content strategies that drive customer success by building clear, user-friendly content and processes. You are an excellent communicator across a variety of mediums with experience in content creation, technical writing, and/or customer education. You are more than comfortable in a start-up environment where things move fast, opportunities abound, and getting the job done almost always requires creativity and grit. - Create and maintain feature guides for internal and external audiences
- Develop and maintain in-product click-through training experiences that drive action
- Provide technical documentation support to the Product team
- Develop and maintain feature-specific training videos, and remix video content to suit different audiences and placements
- Own the creation of internal and customer-facing release notes across multiple product areas to tell the story of our continuous innovation
- Inventory and consolidate support articles, User Guide contents, and other materials to establish a single source of truth
- Manage our new Help Center by ensuring contents are current and helping to identify and solve for gaps in content
- Champion new high-impact content as opportunities arise
- 2-6 years' experience in customer enablement, technical writing, or product training in a technical industry
- Strong ability to translate complex product functionality into easy-to-understand content
- Experience creating training videos, Help Center documentation, and in-app guidance tools
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, start-up environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce Knowledge, WordPress, and Pendo is a plus
- Excellent communication, editing, and project management skills
